Discretionary Notice: 17 White Street

Notice is hereby given that Council has received an application from Newfoundland and Labrador Aerospace to operate a home based AMO (Approved Maintenance Organization) from 17 White Street. This business will consist of a home office with small scale electronic equipment production and maintenance inside garage. Installation of electronics/equipment will take place off site at customer base. 

It is noted that home occupation is permitted as a “discretionary use” for the zone in which this property is located.

Anyone wishing to make representation on this matter must do so in writing prior to 4:00pm on January 20, 2025. Further information on this matter may be obtained by contacting the Economic Development Department at 651-5910.
