The Town Council of Gander are honored to announce the upcoming commemorative events marking the 40th Anniversary of the Arrow Air Disaster.

On December 12, 1985, 256 lives were tragically lost, and these events will serve to honor their memory.

The commemoration will take place on December 11-12, 2025, in Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador, and will include a memorial service, wreath-laying ceremony, and a reception.

Additional events are currently under consideration and will be announced in due course.
